By 2019, Smart Baking Company had product placement in Smoothie King, Gold’s Gym, Hy-Vee, Rouses’, small independent grocers, and a growing and thriving on-line business. They had been accepted into KeHE and UNFI but had yet to begin to drive that business. They had some discussions with Walmart but were unable to close the deal.  While they had achieved much placement, they knew they needed more to recognize their potential.  They did not have a sales network in place or the band-width to navigate the complexities of going after the entire country.

Essentially, Smart Baking had 1.5 of the 4 P’s covered extremely well; Product and limited Placement.  They needed help with Price, Promotion and MORE Placement in order to reach their true potential.

On-trend products coupled with strong program support drives NEW distribution with targeted retailers.  We utilize our expertise and relationships to capitalize on KeHE and UNFI networks to further grow business rapidly. Active Trade spend including industry show participation and consumer marketing are also leveraged..
